Position Summary:

 

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Tactical Sourcing Associate, Tail Spend for our photo & retail client based on San Francisco, CA. You will be a key member of our Client Services team that manages the tail of suppliers of our client’s Indirect Sourcing operations. This position will report to the Account Director.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client regarding operational issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions
  • Oversee the day to day operations related to client account
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of client service requests
  • Monitor and manage service delivery to ensure it meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve operational problems
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency, develop and implement process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
  • Prepare and share reposts on client operations performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide insight and recommendations to senior management
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to align on client strategies
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
  • Ad Hoc Sourcing Support
  • Manage, Train, and Develop Account Analyst

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4-6 years project management, procurement, and/or accounts payable experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to excel in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires a fast learner and flexible thinker
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with different deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to take full ownership of projects and produce high quality work
  • Strong work ethic with excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player; able to interact with all levels of management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills

This position requires no travel.
