Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

  • LogicSource is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and play a critical role in converting marketing-generated leads into Qualified Buyer Meetings (QBMs). This position sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, ensuring a seamless handoff of high-quality prospects to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in executive-level prospecting, particularly targeting CFOs and other financial decision-makers, and adept at using multi-channel outreach strategies. This role will help shape the future of the company’s marketing-to-sales conversion process by getting in on ground floor and gain deep expertise in financial decision-making and procurement strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on inbound and outbound marketing-generated leads to secure QBMs.
  • Executive-Level Prospecting: Conduct research and craft personalized outreach for CFOs, Controllers, and Finance VPs.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Use email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage and nurture prospects.
  • CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate prospect and engagement data in HubSpot.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and with sales to optimize lead conversion.
  • Strategic Nurturing: Execute long-term nurture sequences (10+ touchpoints) to drive engagement and meeting conversions.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise BDR, strategic SDR, or executive-level prospecting roles.
  • Proven track record of securing meetings with CFOs and senior finance executives in Fortune 1000+ companies.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of CFO priorities (cash flow, cost management, risk mitigation, procurement strategies, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft concise, value-driven outreach.
  • Comfortable handling executive objections and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is a nice-to-have, but not required

 

Travel: 15% travel may be required
