Position Summary:

The Associate, Client Solutions will be an integral part of the LogicSource team that will work to map out current client environments, identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies, and propose strategic approaches for LogicSource and customers to realize those savings. The role will be expected to assist in workstreams across a cross-functional team to successful completion of Mutual Value Assessment projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with projects from inception through completion, coordinating efforts across teams 
• Attend on-site Client workshops and capture meeting notes and actions 
• Support the Client Solutions team in documenting existing business processes and workflows 
• Support cross-functional LogicSource teams with data analysis and documentation 
• Partner with other LogicSource departments to identify and present spend/savings summaries 
• Co-ordinate with prospective client stakeholders to schedule activities and progress actions 

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.  
• Work experience with analytical focus or client facing activity preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Strong presentation and communication skills; both written and verbal 
• Passion for problem solving and analytical activities 
• Required technical skills include:
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
• Self-starter with ability to take the initiative to complete tasks according to deadlines 

Travel

This position requires travel up to 50%.
