Position Summary: 

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Contract Administrator. You will be a key member of our Customer Relationship Management team providing Contract Administration and vendor negotiation support to one of Logicsource’s client’s Sourcing organization. This position will be hybrid with the expectation to be in office 3-4 days a week. 

Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:  

  • Support the Execution of Contracts and Renewals with incumbent suppliers primarily in the Corporate Services, Marketing and Facilities/FF&E categories.

  • Assist to build out materials including specifications, schedule, Q&A and Evaluation Criteria

  • Communicate with potential participants, both incumbent and new suppliers

  • Support of Contracting related questions from suppliers

  • Facilitate full contracting process in collaboration with Client stakeholders

  • Execute targeted direct negotiations with suppliers in an effort to maintain optimal pricing and contract terms as part of renewal/executions.  

  • Provide support to manage the contracting process including:

  • Support in execution of NDAs, Contract approvals with Legal, use of DocuSign, Savings Sign-off, Savings tracking and Client document repository

  • Provide input and data analysis on the sourcing process, spend management, and benefits

  • Build relationships and effectively partner across varied functions with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies, and colleagues to influence change 

 

Secondary Responsibilities: 

  • General Analytics & Data projects

  • Assist to Provide insights and drawing conclusions that will help guide sourcing and procurement decisions

  • Obtaining data and information from internal resources, clients, suppliers, and systems

  • Working closely with our account management teams to help ensure achievement of our goals and overall client satisfaction 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelors Degree required 

  • 5+ years cross-functional experience working in Indirect sourcing, procurement, and supplier management, with hands on experience facilitating contracts with Indirect goods and services suppliers 

  • Direct client interfacing and account/stakeholder management 

  • Experience working as a leader within virtual teams in a matrix environment 

  • Experience within services industries (e.g., professional consulting, BPO, outsourcing), with a clear understanding of client relationship management 

  • Strong problem solving and leadership skills 

  • Proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility in areas beyond defined scope of work 

  • Demonstrated ability to work within an evolving and dynamic environment 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills 

  • Procurement and/or procurement analytics experience is a plus 

  • Thorough understanding of data analysis and reporting including the accurate sortation of complex data by category and the generation of detailed and summary level reports. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques. 

  • Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing accordingly to meet deadlines 

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse cross-functional team 

 

Travel: 

This position will require minimal travel.
