Position Summary:

The Managing Director, Client Solutions will be an integral part of the LogicSource team that will work to map out current client environments, identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies, and propose strategic approaches for LogicSource and customers to realize those savings. The role will be expected to lead workstreams across a cross-functional team and manage LogicSource resources and Client stakeholders to successful completion of Mutual Value Assessment projects

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing the discovery phase of new potential client engagements
  • Leading workstreams within complex procurement outsourcing engagements
  • Managing resources from cross-functional client and internal teams across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Ensuring project workstream delivery within agreed timeframes
  • Mapping current and future-state product development and sourcing processes
  • Documenting future-state organizational structures
  • Contributing to the design of operationally efficient future state procurement solutions
  • Building client-facing presentations and reports to support the engagement process
  • Building financial models and business cases to support client proposals and deliverables

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 15 year’s experience in client facing roles managing complex cost management and outsourcing engagements
  • Previous leadership experience within either consulting, sourcing or supply chain-focused industries desired
  • Fundamental understanding of procurement practices and supply chain processes
  • Ability to simultaneously interface with all levels of internal and external teams during consulting engagements
  • Ability to draw essential information out of stakeholders and sponsors during discovery phase of outsourcing engagements
  • Extremely articulate in both written and oral formats; presenting to C-level executives
  • Required technical skills include:
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
  • Highly attentive to detail and organized
  • Proven ability to provide solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

This position travels up to 50% +/- of the time.
